Prof. Steven Budsberg

Professor Budsberg is a diplomatic of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons and has been a Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at UGA for over 30 years. His research focuses on the canine gait analysis, the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and other analgesic agents in the treatment of chronic pain and the use of evidence-based medicine in orthopaedics.

He has been honoured with several prestigious awards during is career and has been honoured as Distinguished Veterinary Alumnus and Distinguished Postdoctoral Veterinary Alumnus by Washington State University and Michigan State University respectively.
